Grading & Earthworks Surveying
Geo Vision Surveying Inc provides grading layout, elevation checks and earthworks surveying for residential lots, commercial sites and construction projects across Southern Ontario. We support builders, excavation contractors, landscapers and civil contractors with defined survey tasks.
Layout and Grade Checks
Using supplied design plans, we set out agreed positions and elevations and measure site levels to support excavation, grading and construction. The survey scope, tolerances and reporting requirements are confirmed before work begins.
Earthworks and Site Development
Our services include existing-conditions measurements and volume calculations for earthworks and stockpiles. We can also discuss surveying support for landscaping, retaining-wall layout and appropriate landfill construction or earthworks packages. Landfill work is scoped as construction surveying; environmental monitoring is outside this proposed service description.
