This website and the services described herein are operated by Geo Vision Surveying Inc. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Geo Vision Surveying Inc. By visiting our site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
SECTION 1 – SCOPE OF SERVICES & PROFESSIONAL STATUS
Geo Vision Surveying Inc is a geospatial data and technical mapping firm based in Ontario.

Professional Status: Geo Vision Surveying Inc provides construction and technical measurement services only. Services not listed in your accepted quote are excluded.

Technical Services: We provide technical measurement services, including construction surveying, construction, building and foundation layout, topographic and grading surveys, as-built and monitoring surveys, LiDAR and SLAM LiDAR scanning, drone surveying, site controls, elevation verification, and construction progress measurements. These services are for engineering, design, and construction purposes only.

Services Not Included: We provide only the services listed above. Services not listed in your accepted quote are excluded.
SECTION 2 – WORK OUTSIDE OUR SERVICES
If your project needs work outside the services listed in Section 1, please tell us before we quote. We can contract an Ontario Land Surveyor on your behalf.

Any plans or documents for that work are prepared and certified exclusively by the contracted surveyor, not by Geo Vision Surveying Inc.

Geo Vision Surveying Inc acts as a project coordinator for these specific services.
SECTION 3 – ACCURACY & USE OF DATA

Informational Purpose: Any plan, map, or digital file produced by us is for informational, design, and construction purposes only.

Reference Information: Any third-party information shown on our drawings, such as existing plans or mapping, is derived from third-party sources or approximate field measurements and is for reference only. It has not been independently verified by us.

Intended Use Only: The Client acknowledges that our data is prepared only for the purpose stated in the accepted quote and should not be relied on for any other purpose.
SECTION 4 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no case shall Geo Vision Surveying Inc, our directors, officers, employees, or contractors be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from:

The Client’s use of our data for any purpose other than the one stated in the accepted quote.

Construction performed based on reference information provided for design purposes. Our liability for technical errors in mapping or layout is limited strictly to the total fee paid for the specific service rendered.
SECTION 5 – CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client is responsible for ensuring we have legal access to the project site. The Client must provide all necessary background information (deeds, existing plans) and must notify us if the project requires any work not listed in the accepted quote.
SECTION 6 – MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES AND PRICES
Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a service (or any part thereof) without notice.
SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All maps, 3D models, LiDAR data, and reports produced by us remain the intellectual property of Geo Vision Surveying Inc and are licensed to the Client for the specific project intended. Unauthorized distribution of this data, or its use for any purpose other than the project intended, is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 8 – PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using our site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any provincial or federal regulations.
SECTION 9 – SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 10 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
